Coaching Program details

What you walk away with, the tools we may draw on, and curated resources for each program.
01

AI transformations

What you walk away with

  • Clarity on what this transformation asks of you — and what you want it to make of your role
  • Your own stance found: from enduring the rollout to leading it your way
  • The capacity to hear your team's fears without absorbing them — and to open a future they can see themselves in
  • “AI will decide for me” converted into choices you own

Example of tools we may use

  • Exploring what the change stirs up — losses, gains, loyalties
  • From workflow optimization to value delivery (creative exercise)
  • Role-identity work: what do I want my role to become?
  • Systemic questioning of what circulates in the team

Curated resources

BOOKS e.g., Ethan Mollick — Co-Intelligence

TALKS TED talks on AI & work (e.g., Andrew Ng)

MORE HBR articles on the human side of AI adoption...

02

Engaging my team

What you walk away with

  • Understanding what the disengagement is telling you — before trying to fix it
  • Your own way of embodying the mission (you can't hand down a meaning you don't carry)
  • Team conversations that feel different — franker, lighter
  • The team's energy reconnected to a future they helped imagine

Example of tools we may use

  • Values exploration — yours, then the team's
  • Appreciative questioning: where does the energy still live?
  • Systemic reading of the team's dynamics

Curated resources

BOOKS e.g., Lencioni — The Five Dysfunctions of a Team; Sinek — Start With Why

TALKS TED talks (e.g., Sinek — How great leaders inspire action)

MORE guides on writing a team mission statement, HBR pieces on engagement...

03

Tough decisions

What you walk away with

  • A decision made — and owned, not endured
  • Knowing what you are truly optimizing for: your criteria made explicit
  • Often: a third or fourth way that wasn't on the table
  • Peace with the road not taken — less rumination, more sleep
  • A way of deciding you keep for the next hard call

Example of tools we may use

  • Values ranking — surfacing what silently drives the choice
  • Perspective exercises: pre-mortem, 10-10-10 projection
  • Systemic questioning to reveal the real stakes

Curated resources

BOOKS e.g., Chip & Dan Heath — Decisive; Annie Duke — Thinking in Bets

TALKS TED talks (e.g., Ruth Chang — How to make hard choices)

MORE decision-journal formats, podcasts on judgment...

04

My next chapter

What you walk away with

  • A direction that feels like yours — tested against reality, not just dreamed
  • Your story reclaimed: past trials turned into strengths you can name
  • The confidence to say who you are and what you bring — in a room, on a page
  • Your non-negotiables known before you commit
  • First steps already taken while we still work together

Example of tools we may use

  • Career narrative & life-line work (narrative identity)
  • Self-discovery assessments: personality questionnaire, superpower audit
  • Values card sort

Curated resources

BOOKS e.g., Herminia Ibarra — Working Identity; Burnett & Evans — Designing Your Life

TALKS TED talks (e.g., Bill Burnett — Designing your life)

MORE podcasts on career transitions, HBR pieces on reinvention...

05

My first 90 days

What you walk away with

  • A clear reading of the system you've walked into — before acting on it
  • Your own way of taking the role, not your predecessor's
  • The classic traps seen coming: going too fast, importing old recipes
  • The key conversations prepared — and held: boss, allies, team
  • Early moves that are visibly yours

Example of tools we may use

  • Reading your new system — situational self-diagnostic
  • Relationship & alliance mapping
  • Rehearsing the conversations that matter (expectations with your N+1)

Curated resources

BOOKS e.g., Michael Watkins — The First 90 Days

MORE HBR articles on leadership transitions & onboarding...

06

A challenge of my own

What you walk away with

  • The real question surfaced — often hiding behind the presenting problem
  • The same rigor as any journey: goals & success criteria defined together
  • A path shaped around your case, drawing on everything above
  • You leave as soon as you're autonomous — never a session more

Example of tools we may use

  • Systemic questioning — the universal instrument
  • Reframing: the question behind the question
  • Self-positioning inventory or 360° feedback

Curated resources

BOOKS e.g., Edgar Schein — Humble Inquiry

MORE further resources matched after the diagnostic...

How do we work together?

From the first conversation to observable results, all my programs share these 3 steps and can be delivered in French and English.
01

Exploratory meeting

A first one-hour conversation to understand your situation in detail, assess our personal fit, and clarify the framework and terms of our work (including coaching location, duration, frequency, confidentiality, ethics).

"What experience do you have with coaching?"
"What is your situation?"
"What have you already tried? What would you like to achieve?"
02

Agreement

Together we define the objectives and the success criteria, and align with stakeholders on detailed agreement terms.

"What do you want to walk away with in a few months?"
"Which SMART goals do you want to prioritize?"
"How will you know, concretely, that you have reached them?"
03

COACHING JOURNEYS

My coaching engagements can be individual or collective, private or three-party with HR / Managers.

8 one-hour sessions
In person, by video, or outdoor walking
Over 4 to 6 months, at the pace that suits you
With proven protocols and tools adapted to your challenge
Custom-designed formats
Workshops, seminars, co-development, keynotes
Duration and pace defined together, based on your goals
